I'm so glad you're here! My name is Kimberly Twardoski and I am the Founder of Restore Hope for the Valley, which came to fruition on August 7th, 2022. That following day, I met with my Financial Advisor and shared with him my vision. To keep this real, I also shed some tears as I discussed my fears of no longer chasing a paycheck.
“Kimberly. Success doesn’t equate to significance. Do what God is calling you to do.” Words from my financial advisor. Words that have been affirmed practically on the daily through others I love + trust - including my husband, our pastor, a new friend, + most recently, John Maxwell.

Enter: Restore Hope for the Valley. I sit down with you, your leaders, your community + learn WHAT your heart is; what drives you and the culture you wish to create, maintain or restore. Then, I align you with a local non-profit, or not-for-profit, where you have an opportunity to make a LASTING impact. Yes, this can be through fundraising, but I challenge you to think BIGGER. To not simply throw a check at the need, but to consider your talents (websites, financial counseling, mental health, mentoring, child care, your time, résumé building, building homes…). I help you find purpose by raising up the people in need in the very communities in which you live + work. We rise by lifting others. When we pour into those in need, our economy grows, our cities become safer, our communities + businesses become more attractive, our schools flourish, …it’s transformational for EVERYONE. And it starts with YOU, simply changing your corner of the world.
Could you make this connection on your own? Sure! But there are THOUSANDS of non-profits and not-for-profits in the Valley. They rely mainly on word of mouth, which means it can be challenging to know what is really out there + as such, many are overlooked. I’m not on their payroll, I’m simply a story teller that desires to get them in front of people that genuinely want to further their cause. There’s so much need. Let me help YOU find a need that speaks to your heart + the culture you desire to create.
In my corporate life, I had the privilege of supporting + working closely with C-level executives + their direct reports. I was never the smartest person in the room, but each trusted me + came to me often for life advice. I came to understand this is a gift + a responsibility God gave me. I then led + worked closely with entrepreneurs as my career shifted to network marketing. Over the years, I’ve created outlets for women in my community + the surrounding areas to get to REALLY know one another + grow in who we each are uniquely created to be. There’s a common thread among ALL of us - men AND women - be it at the top of a company or the leader of your household. A desire to do MORE; to live a life of significance.

If you require someone to help you build a culture within your organization, coach your leaders, speak to your organization - I offer those services as well + we can negotiate a contract that works within your budget. A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME + MY EXPERIENCE
After less than two hours of packing food at the Feed My Starving Children warehouse in Mesa, Arizona, our group of 60 volunteers gathered in a room together to learn of our impact for serving. It was then that I learned that in less than TWO hours of my time, collectively our group helped feed 61 children for an ENTIRE year! I can't unsee that. I can't unsee how just two hours of my time helped 61 kids, that otherwise would have gone without, to be provided meals for a whole year. I couldn't unsee the small cost of those meals + how we spend at least double that on a year of (likely unnecessary) purchases through Amazon. I couldn't unsee how if *I* could be part of something that took so little time + made such a HUGE impact in the lives of others, that imagine if I shared opportunities like this with others, what a GREATER impact we could make, be it locally or around the world. So I essentially quit my job to pursue this new dream that I fully believe God placed on my heart.
I have over a decade of corporate experience in human resources, marketing, public relations + leadership support. I have eight years experience in coaching + speaking, seven years of network marketing experience, and a lifetime of experience in creating connections + sharing stories. I am a Certified Coach, Trainer + Speaker of the Maxwell Leadership Certification Program.
My greatest achievements are my (13 years + counting!) marriage to my husband + NBA referee, Scott, and our two handsome boys (ages 10 + 8), that have taught me more about life, love + leading than anyone or any experience I have walked through. I am grateful that they, too, have hearts to serve + are responsible for fanning the flame in my heart to help others make a positive impact in this world as well.
